Adult Shinny at the Bell Sensplex
The Bell Sensplex now offers opportunities for both men and women to take part in well-organized weekly pick-up hockey during daytime hours. Teams are organized in advance of each week’s session are balanced to take into account the caliber of every individual player.

The Bell Sensplex is proud to host many 'Adult Rec' Hockey Tournaments throughout the course of the hockey season. The state-of-the-art arena located in the Nation's Capital is the ideal spot to play in a tournament this winter!
