CARHA Hockey Pays Tribute to Ellis Peters (1932-2010)
Dedicated to the game he loved, Ellis had a lifelong passion for hockey and was a great supporter of British Columbia’s rec hockey community. Ellis was recognized for his commitment to adult rec hockey in 2000 as he was inducted into the CARHA Hockey Hall of Fame in the Builder Category. In addition to being a long time supporter of CARHA Hockey, Ellis was a member of CARHA Hockey’s Pacific Cup Organizing Committee and had been involved with the tournament since its inception 33 years ago. It has been an honour to work with Ellis at the Pacific Cup and we thank him for his commitment to rec hockey.
