- Submit the Team Deposit Form and a $350.00 (CDN) non-refundable deposit.
Note: the $350 deposit must accompany the Team Deposit Form to guarantee a secured spot on the confirmed tournament listing.
- CARHA Hockey Members and International Hockey Friends: $1,100 (CDN)
- Non CARHA Hockey Members: $1,300 (CDN)
CARHA Hockey Members v. Non Members
Each season CARHA Hockey provides teams and leagues with an all-inclusive membership for $23.00 per player. As part of the membership players receive hockey insurance coverage in the form of general liability and accidental medical and dental. Through this membership players are entitled to year-round insurance coverage and as a result are eligible to play in CARHA Hockey events without paying any additional insurance fees.
Non CARHA Hockey members are required to pay an additional fee of $200.00 to participate in the CARHA Hockey World Cup to cover the cost of the team insurance.

To guarantee your spot in the tournament you will need to follow the payment schedule:
October 1, 2010: $100.00* (non-refundable) per person deposit for the hotel package for all traveling teams.
*Transferrable only within the same team
September 15, 2011: remaining balance owed - all outstanding monies must be submitted to CARHA Hockey
