HOCKEY'S BACK ON THE WORLD STAGE

Don't Miss the Women's Worlds in Calgary

The wait is over! It's had been nearly two years but Team Canada has returned to the ice for the IIHF Women's World Championship. The squad, led by Captain Marie Philip-Poulin, has a 3-0 record after wins against Finland, Team ROC and Switzerland.

Up next, the undefeated Team USA on Thursday, August 26 to close out the preliminary round.

CHEER ON OUR PARALYMPIANS IN TOKYO

The Paralympic Games got started Tuesday with the Opening Ceremony, and our Canadian athletes will see action in six sports on Wednesday.

There are 128 athletes representing Canada, with 71 women. Para judoka Priscilla Gagné, competing in her second Paralympic Games, was the Opening Ceremony flag bearer.
