Sticks Together Update
Equipment drive happening now in Ottawa

Sarah Thompson started her project, Sticks Together, to bring the sport of hockey to underprivileged communities around the world. In May of 2022, she will be bringing recycled hockey sticks and street hockey equipment to the children in Recoleta, Argentina. For this humanitarian initiative, she has partnered up with the IVHQ Sport Development Program and with Play It Again Sports.

To support, you can visit any Play It Again Sports location in Ottawa (Orleans, Kanata, Nepean) during the month of January to donate any hockey sticks and other sporting equipment you no longer use. She has also set up a Go Fund Me to support the project.
