Beginning as a pandemic project, this little 20×40 ft rink nestled in the heart of the hamlet of Reidsville is prone to beautiful sunrises and peaceful skates under the stars. Encompassed by a ring of white Christmas lights, the hamlet enjoys “Rinky” day and night. Its snowbanks are peppered with sticks, pucks, nets and skating aids to be shared by all. And, of course, unlimited hot chocolate awaits inside the house to enjoy while reliving yarns about “michys” and “cellies” on the rink.
