Our rink really shows off the spirit of our community and the volunteers dedications to the positive and uplifting experiences of the residents. It has allowed us to create memories with our kids that we otherwise would not have been able to and get out and get some exercise and a brain break which has had an immense impact on our mental health and well being after starting new careers/schools in a new town. It has also been a place where our kids have been able to connect with new friends, building an even stronger community! It is wonderful to have such inspirational volunteers who dedicate their time and inspire the future leaders who are creating core memories at the rink; empowering the children to make a difference in their communities tomorrow. I know our children will look back and realize the impact these moments had and use them to create positive experiences for others in the future.
