Our Claims Process

CARHA Hockey is on your team and we are committed to making insurance claims quick and hassle free. Claims are processed in 2-3 weeks and you always have a dedicated representative ready to help. Here’s how it works:

  • Download the accident claim form (French & English versions available).
  • Complete and upload the document to our online portal.
  • Gather applicable receipts to your claim and submit these receipts to the CARHA Hockey office.

HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY OPTION

Hosting and serving alcohol at an off-ice event directly related to your league or tournament, taking place in a non-licensed establishment? It’s recommended that a Special Event Application be completed. The cost for the Special Event Certificate starts at $125.
